We work exclusively on the basis of the latest version of the General German Freight Forwarder Terms and Conditions (as of: ADSp 2017), which can be sent on request.
Please note: The ADSp 2017 differ in Clause 23 from the law as regards the liability limit for damage to goods (Section 431 German Commercial Code (HGB)), in which they limit the liability with multimodal transport including carriage by sea and where the place where the damage occurred is unknown to 2 XDR/kg and, furthermore, the standard liability of 8.33 XDR/kg additionally to EUR 1.25 million per claim and EUR 2.5 million per loss event, but at least 2 XDR/kg.
